I’ve been shaping the product design direction at CAIA Cosmetics, developing a new visual language from the ground up while phasing out the old. The work spans packaging, materials, typography, colour and form, with a focus on creating a more refined, long-lasting expression.
The redesign has evolved alongside the brand’s expansion into new markets, where design and compliance intersect. Working closely with physical products means navigating production constraints across formats, surfaces and manufacturing limits, while maintaining a consistent and clear identity.
The result is a cohesive and elevated product range, built as a system designed to adapt, scale and hold its clarity over time.
